As a dedicated birth and postpartum doula, I offer a range of services designed to support you through pregnancy, labor, birth, breastfeeding and the postpartum period. From the moment we meet, I will always take the time to listen to you and your partner so I can truly hear what you need and want. Knowing birth and early parenthood are unpredictable, we then work together to deliver your vision within the structure and circumstances of your unique situation. Together, we’ll create a positive and memorable experience as you welcome your new family member.

Childbirth Education
I would be thrilled to facilitate a private course for you and your partner tailored to your needs and desires for your birth experience and learning styles. By working with you where you’re at in your parenthood journey, together we can boost your confidence preparing mind, body and heart for birth and beyond.
● Approachable and empowering childbirth education.
● Prepare with comfort and confidence for pregnancy, labor, bonding and breastfeeding.
● 6-hour course scheduled in 2-3 sessions based on course track and preference, in-home or online, and on your schedule.
● Foundation of content and curriculum sourced from the International Childbirth Education Association covering pregnancy, labor, pushing, coping/comfort measures, resilience-building techniques, postpartum recovery, newborn care and lactation.
● Course tracks include Childbirth for First Time Parents, Coping with the Unexpected, Unmedicated-Physiological Birth, and more based on your unique circumstances.
Birth Support
I will help you feel supported, cared for, and prepared as you approach the birth of your baby. As a birth doula, I look after your emotional journey, something no one else on your care team is focusing on 100%. I provide support leading up to labor, during your birth, and in the first weeks of life with your little one, offering you the best care during your birth and bonding experience including but not limited to the following:
● Unlimited phone, text and email support from the date of hire
● At least 2 prenatal visits in-person to develop rapport, discuss birthing options, comfort measures and preferences
● 24/7 On-Call Support at 37 weeks - day or night, I am there when you need
● Birth coaching through each stage of labor (when to head to the hospital/birthing location, breathing techniques, strategies to conserve and restore energy, labor positioning and movement, etc.)
● Use of labor aids: birth ball, peanut ball, light/sound projectors, birth sling, aromatherapy, Maternity TENs unit and more for an optimal birth experience
● Continuous in-person support for active labor begins at your request and ends after the Golden Hour with you and your new family together as one (~2 hours immediately postpartum for recovery and first latch/feeding)
● For early labor, I will provide intermittent in-person support as needed in the location(s) of your choice
● It is a sacred privilege to be a witness to the arrival of a new little soul… as such, I would love to capture photos and/or videos when time permits
● 1 postpartum check-in to debrief on your birth experience and discuss how your recovery, newborn care and feeding are going in the comfort of your home
● Available as a sounding board in the postpartum period of 2 weeks -- at no additional cost to you. Common topics/questions: bathing, nursing tips, swaddling, cord and diaper care

New Family Caregiving
Whether it’s your first baby or your fifth, adding a new member to the mix is not only a major life transition but also a TRANSFORMATION of the parent(s) and new sibling(s). I offer flexible and individualized postpartum recovery and newborn care to support each member of your family as you each adapt and flex to the new dynamics.
Postpartum support visits are scheduled by the hour - day, evening or overnight. During the daytime, I have a minimum commitment of 3 hours and overnight shifts must be 8 hours or more. During a typical visit, services provided include but are not limited to the following:
● Help with physical recovery after birth and coping strategies for postpartum adjustment
● Evidence-based newborn sleep information, family sleep solutions, babywearing and soothing techniques
● Breastfeeding, pumping, and bottlefeeding assistance
● Family meal preparation, light housekeeping, pet care
● Nursery organization, product recommendations and errands for groceries and baby/mama supplies
● Sibling care/integration
